Chloe Sullivan '25
STEM/Pre-Health Career Connection Intern
Chloe is a senior studying Genetics and Sociology/Anthropology with a minor in Environmental Sciences. She joined the Career Connection team in Fall of 2023, and serves as the STEM Career Community Intern. In this role, Chloe directly supports the STEM Career Catalyst by developing the newsletter, coordinating events, and playing a key role with the Choose Ohio First and Schimmel Scholars programs. On campus, Chloe is a member of the Honors Board, President of Citizens Climate Lobby Board, Academic Development Director of Kappa Alpha Theta, and President of the Women in Science Club. Chloe is looking forward to using her passion for STEM to positively contribute to Career Connection programs & events!
Emma Munro '25
Career Connection Intern
Emma is a senior at Ohio Wesleyan University and joined the Career Connection Team this Fall of 2024. Emma is one of our Interns and works closely with our Office manager on creating graphics for social media outlets and on other Career Connection programs. Emma is an Educational Studies and Pre-law double major, with minors in Sociology Anthropology and History. She has held various leadership roles across campus and is an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta.
Michaela Alfano '25
CWSI/Humanities Career Connection Intern
Michaela is a senior at Ohio Wesleyan studying Communication and Sport Management. Michaela joined the Career Connection team as the Careers with Social Impact (CWSI) and Humanities Intern in the Fall of 2024. Michaela’s work involves creating the bi-weekly Career Community Newsletters for the humanities and social impacts. On campus, Michaela is president of Delta Zeta Sorority and you can find her working most home athletic events. She is excited to engage more with the OWU community and learn all she can before graduation.
Aryaka Tickoo '26
Economics/Business Career Connection Intern
Aryaka is a junior at Ohio Wesleyan, studying Business Management and Environmental Science. Aryaka joined the Career Connection Team in the Fall of 2024 as the Economics & Business Career Connection Intern. Aryaka’s work involves designing the Economics / Business Newsletter and supporting Career Connection events. On campus, Aryaka is involved as the President of Horizons and Women In Entrepreneurship, Resident Assistant at the Bigelow-Reed House, Student Representative at the Dean’s Council and the OWU Market Positioning Board, and a Corns Scholar. In this role, Aryaka is excited to leverage her skills to encourage her peers within the Economics & Business Department.
Josie Martin '26
Peer Career Coach
Josie is a junior at Ohio Wesleyan University and joined the Career Connection Team in Spring of 2023 as a Peer Career Coach. In this role, Josie works directly with students to help them craft their resumes/applications and directly supports Career Connection events, programs, and initiatives such as the Alumni Partners Program. Josie is a Pre-Med major, has completed various research projects, and offers valuable insight to the Career Connection Office.
Aryaa Subedi '27
Career Connection Intern
Aryaa is a Sophomore at Ohio Wesleyan University, where she is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science. She joined the Career Connection Team in Fall of 2024 as a Peer Career Coach. When she is not working at Career Connection, she likes to dance for the OWU dance club and work at the Admissions office giving campus tours to prospective students. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is enthusiastic about making new connections and learning new skills that will enhance her professional development.
Jaila Conway Patterson '27
Education/Exploratory Career Connection Intern
Jaila Conway Patterson is a Sophomore at Ohio Wesleyan University, majoring in Communications with a minor in Black World Studies. She also resides as a Desk Assistant in the Student Involvement Office (SIO) and is passionate about helping others.
Outside of academics, Jaila enjoys drawing and is excited to pursue a career in social impact.
Jera Hoy '27
Career Connection Intern
Jera Hoy is a freshman at Ohio Wesleyan, studying Accounting with goals of becoming a Certified Public Accountant. She joined the Career Connection Interns in fall 2024. Outside of work, Jera is a thrower for the OWU Track and Field team, a Woltemade Economics and Business Fellow, and a member of the Woltemade Student Board.
