Career Connection offers two robust career fairs a year with 70+ employers and programs. Registration is on Handshake, and we typically have 250+ students attend our events. The annual OWU Career & Grad School Fair is suited for employers seeking full-time and/or part-time employees or simply want our students to learn more about their organization. It is also appropriate for graduate and professional school programs interested in gaining visibility among a bright and talented group of students. Nearly a quarter of OWU students pursue further education immediately after graduation.

  • Graduate/Professional School Registration Fee – $140
  • For-Profit Employers Registration Fee – $140
  • Non-Profit Organization Registration Fee – $70

Registration fee includes 2 recruiters, a 6-foot table, lunch, linen, advertising, wi-fi, & parking.

Ohio Wesleyan University invites you to participate in our annual Career & Summer Internship Fair in the Benes Room of the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center. This event is now part of the larger OWU Connection Conference.

The OWU Career & Summer Internship Fair is suited for employers who are seeking to hire full-time, part-time, interns, and/or seasonal employees. This event offers a valuable platform for all students to learn about your organization and opportunities.

1). Handshake Job Board: Handshake allows prospective employers to post jobs and internships and search student resumes. If you are specifically seeking Ohio Wesleyan students or alumni, you can post directly on Handshake. If you need assistance, access the Handshake Help Center and see more about how to Register as an Employer on Handshake.

2). Include in a Bi-Weekly Newsletter: Our Career Catalysts work with specific Career Communities and cultivate Newsletters with relevant opportunities. Please email us at careers@owu.edu and provide robust details for the posting and application process, and we will include it in our bi-weekly newsletters.

Career Connection invites employers to table in the Hamilton William Campus Center (HWCC) for free one day per month! Please complete the form below to request a lobby table from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on your selected day.


Employers interested in on-campus recruiting opportunities are invited to schedule an on-campus recruiting date. Special arrangements for interviews can be arranged. We prefer to have advance notice of at least two-three weeks to allow time to properly publicize your visit to our students. In order to allow a variety of recruiters to come to campus, we can accommodate two recruiting visits per organization each semester.

Information sessions and faculty connections (availability depending) can also be arranged. Information sessions usually take place in the evenings or at noon. If you plan to conduct on-campus interviews, information sessions are frequently scheduled the day prior to raise visibility and general awareness of your organization. If an evening program or presentation is desired, please mention this option when you contact us.

Did you know that OWU runs a robust Employer Partners program with 15+ employers? Our Employer Partners serve as a focus group for Career Connection, offering valuable insights and suggestions. These employers are featured to our students and invited to specialty events.

Employer Partners are asked to attend at least one focus group meeting, and to engage at least twice with OWU students on campus via career fairs, tabling, networking, information sessions, or other programming.
