Compensation: Unpaid Internship
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and the company website.
- Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews.
- Participate in interview panels and provide feedback on candidates.
- Help with the coordination of onboarding activities for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development:
- Aid in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.
- Assist in tracking employee training progress and maintaining training records.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources.
HR Administration:
- Help with administrative tasks such as preparing HR-related documents, contracts, and letters.
- Participate in HR projects related to process improvement and policy updates.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Data Management:
- Compile HR data and assist in generating reports for HR metrics.
- Help with data entry and accuracy maintenance in HR systems.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience or coursework in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
