They have knowledge, skills and experience in create intentional programming geared toward different age groups in creative programming centered around lessons about local nature, local wildlife, and camping skills! Specialists facilitate and manage large group activities throughout the camp day with assistance of camp counselors and Leaders in Training.

SENIOR COUNSELOR: A Senior Counselor is someone who has graduated high school by June 1st 2026. Camp counselors lead a group of camper with their co-counselor each day. They are role models, welcoming, kind, and empathetic people who enjoy working with campers! Camp Hilbert is a traditional outdoor summer camp with intentional summer experiences for campers age 4-14 years old.
