Duties and Responsibilities:
This internship matches you with a mentor to coach and support you through assigned projects. Interns will work on projects which require them to take on a broad range of administrative duties which include but are not limited to:
- Provides administrative support for departmental projects and processes typically following established guidelines. Also administers projects and processes specific to the department.
- Serves as a liaison with other departments while utilizing good judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
- Collects, compiles, organizes, and analyzes information for reports, presentations, invoices, etc., and prepares communications and reports accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite and other common business applications (i.e. order entry databases).
- Must exercise good written and verbal communication skills, utilizing effective communication methods. Must also have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and troubleshoot problems when necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and maintain confidentiality of information and material.
Education Experience:
- Two or more years of related administrative experience or the equivalent combination of experience and education.
