As such, Greif facilitates a number of Early Career programs to encourage growth & development through our Internship & Co-Op opportunities. Our Early Career Program in the US is well established and serves as our blueprint for the continuing evolution and expansion globally.
Greif’s Global Early Career Program provides a robust professional learning & development opportunity for our Interns each summer, and for our Co-Ops throughout their semester rotations. Our program includes participation in various events & professional development opportunities including Roundtable discussions, a Learning & Development path, Plant Tours, a collaborative Team project, and interaction with Executive Leadership.
Internship & Co-Op opportunities are available in in both our Corporate functions as well as our manufacturing facilities. Our focus is on providing opportunities for hands-on learning, participation in cross-functional projects, gain exposure to a global organization, and observe how we deliver value aligned with the Greif Way.
Our Global Early Careers Team partners with colleges & universities to identify competitive talent for a variety of roles.
