Denison Edge: AI Expectations: Responsible Use, Governance, and Trust

This four-week accelerator explores the key considerations that shape responsible AI use in academic and professional settings. Participants will examine core dimensions of AI tools and systems, including privacy and security, trust and reliability, data and content, human-AI interaction, and context and prompting. Throughout the program, learners will develop practical judgment for using AI safely, ethically, and effectively while building a stronger understanding of governance, risk, and accountability. By the end, participants will be better prepared to evaluate when and how AI should be used, communicate expectations clearly, and apply responsible practices across real-world use cases. Instructor: Lauren Burke-McCarthyLauren Burke-McCarthy is a Senior Data Science Lead, Strategy at Further.
