After 25 years at Battelle, where he worked in photonics, managed international programs, and led STEM initiatives, he turned his focus to education. At Denison University, Steve leads the Red Frame Lab, guiding students, faculty, and staff through design thinking as they tackle real-world challenges. He’s energized by collaboration and always ready to help others turn ideas into action.
